Standard Virtual Tour Features (included in the price of the tour)

1. Customer Service - We are a custom virtual tour provider based on the belief that agents have unique needs, requirements and marketing strategies. Our goal is to be as responsive to you as you are to your clients.



2. Satisfaction Guarantee - If you aren't totally happy with the tour we create for you we will refund your fee, plain and simple.



3. Photo Optimization - We will optimize the quality of each photo prior to use in the virtual tour. Click Here to see the benefits of Photo Optimization. You can download these optimized photos for use in your other marketing materials such as your MLS photos.



4. Panoramic Stitching - Take overlapping photos and we will stitch them into larger, more impressive panoramic scenes. Click Here



5. Custom Production - Motion is custom added to each photo to highlight the best attributes of that photo and to create a true "Video-Like" feel. Automated motion is a distraction to the viewer because it looks fake and detracts from the quality of the tour.



6. Music - Our producers will select an appropriate sound track from our large library. This saves you the time of listening to a lot of music. But if you have a particular genre of music you want to use, let us know and we will provide it for you.



7. Webpage - The Virtual Tour plays in a unique webpage which contains your contact information formatted to look like a business card, listing highlights and specifications, and several customizable buttons for additonal information and links.



8. Tour CDs - We make the tour available for you to download and burn to a CD. If you don't want to bother with that we can do it for you as an optional feature.



9. Voice Over - Increase the impact of your Virtual Tour with your personalized greeting or tour audio reinforcing the highlights of the listing.



10. Lead Generation - A customizable lead generator where you can use our standard incentives to encourage viewers to leave their contact information or you can create your own.

Optional Features:

1. Custom Created Marketing Flyers - We will create a custom marketing flyer in a .PDF format. You can use this PDF file to print your own flyers (or we can print them for you).  In addition, you can attach it to any email or website that you want. (Potential buyers can print the flyer, for example.) 



2. Custom URLs (listingaddress.com) - Set yourself apart from other agents and create a custom URL for the tour (typically the listing's address). It's easier for the viewer to remember and your clients will love it.



3. Custom URL Sign Riders - Add a sign rider with the Custom URL to your signage so bypassers can easily remember the link to the Virtual Tour.



4. Tour CDs - We can create CDs with simple text titles or full color graphics.



5. Professional Voiceovers - Reinforce the highlights of the listing by adding a professional voiceover. We will create the script, do the voiceover and custom mix it into the tour track for optimal sound quality.



6. 1-800-Audio Tours - Allow potential buyers to call a 1-800 number and listen to the voiceover portion of the virtual tour.

Flat Rate Pricing - A flat monthly price based on your average volume with discounts up to 60%

Bulk Purchase Pricing - Purchase "tour credits" based on your needs at discounts up to 40%. Tour credits do not expire.
